froth on sticks

this man was sitting on a bench when a comet flew passed him. usually when a comet passed you, you're well aware that that isn't normal; it's abnormal.

but contrary to this man. he has seen what other has not and has heard what other has not and has felt what others had not.

so, when the comet flew passed, he raised his head in a manner equal to that of a drukard, blinked a few times and continued reading his palms.

there was mass hysteria following that comet entry; people literaly running in circles, not knowing what to do or even think. for they are unlike this man, they have not seen what he had seen nor has heard what he has nor has felt what he had.

people, the media all speculate that ragnarok or armaggeddon -- whatever you call it by -- is nigh, and should all drop to their knees and pray to their merciful god. but this man, knowing what actually will happen, did not do so. he infact, continued reading his palms as if this was an everyday occurence.

people, the media was enraged. armaggeddon was nearing and they all need to pray, including this man. but this man knows what actually will be happening but didn't bother telling everyone for prior to the incident, he already announced that this was going to happen. but, being the skeptics they are, this man just kept to himself and picked up palm reading just to kill time.

after minutes upon impact, the comet burst open and a myriad of lights tore through the skies. people were in awe. this man smiled condescendingly. the lights continued for about a minute of two before dissipating. people were confused; where's the end of the world?

this man stood up, and shouted, "I TOLD YOU THIS WOULD HAPPEN, DIDN'T I? BUT NO, YOU HAD TO IGNORE ME. well you know what?!? i'm going to hawaii and there's no stopping me!"

people were sad. they didn't listen to this man. and they vowed to never ignore anyone ever again.

on a final note: this story is a self-inflicted overdose of both Waffle Crips with milk and popsicle pops.

characters and event are not in any way based on true events. any similarities are purely coincidental.
