truth is, i hate waiting. don't matter what it is. be it cooking, or waiting for the damn ad to finish itself, or maybe even waiting for that someone to come tumbling by.
i can't afford just sitting away, waiting for something. it just feels claustrophobic-ish.
on a final note: the best butter to use is churned butter. it's rich in texture and flavour.
