oi jata

enso has got to be the most great thing that happened to me this week. it's simplistic usage and it's why-didn't-i-think-of-that concept is just drop dead ingenuity.

i hope it's cold here in mundapore(mundane+singapore. albeit uninspiring, but i'll work on it) everyday. it's nice to have cold weather when you're someone like me.

and speaking about singapore, i heard that 2012 is doomsday

now how many times did they said that it's nigh?

let's see... 1, 45, 117... yes 117 times. i'm just making up numbers but that's just how many times i believe that god actually answered prayers in the span of his gabillionty years of living.

oh wait, yes.

zing!

i'll get hate responds from my fellow friends due to that last comment for sure! touchy, aren't we?

on a final note: zesty melons are great when fried with milk.

thus, zesty melon with fried milk!

what? nevermind.

The Corporation

http://www.freedocumentaries.org/theatre.php?id=859&wh=1000x720

an extremly disturbing fact about modern capitalism.

i really felt that we're doomed after watching this.

i'm really bad at expressing but watch this and witness our death.

on a final note: what are we even doing.

ambiguity in pervasive entrance

somehow, seeing Metal Gear Solid 4's trailer brings me that old, familiar feeling. made me feel happy and safe. strange.

and damn Sid Meier for making addictive games. damn him! lol but he's a nice guy. i love your games Sid!

and when i get my car licence(like in 2169) and enough money(like in 2169), i'll have to get me one of those Ford Sync car. it's all voice activated and all that future tech stuff. though i wish it had the holo-dashboard HUD. that'll be cool.

and Mademoiselle K kinda sounds like Franz Ferdinand. so if you like Franz, you'll like K. it's also nice to know that she's french. and hot.

on a final note: i hold no love for the project anymore. it's gone down.

Kyoto, here i come.

something i made for my fyp. it took me a couple of minutes to piece everything together. though this was way off from the ideas that i sketched down, it has a very quaint japanese feeling to it, which i like. dunno whether the lecturer will accept this though.

the logo was made with entirely brackets and the "^" sign. i chose teal due to it's freshness. i like the font but if anyone disagrees, i might change it.

on a final note: i can't plan (i.e. mind-map and all the shit). this product was purely out of the blue. i guess i can't work in the designing industry after all...

they should just ban the fucking consription and concentrate on the arts scene instead.

deterrence. meh.

oh~ at least when they attack we'll go down with a bite~~ /sarcasm.

a fucking bite? i was thinking more like total fucking annhilation and destruction and torn limbs and uber pwnage, not a fucking peck.

conscription my ass. that's what you get for being peudo-democratic. motions that are waxed out into something obscene than distasteful.

fuck, screw this, i'm moving overseas.

on a final note: just drop that fake accent, idiot. rattling away like a prancing ninny.

and ban re-runs too. stupid titanic. that's the millionth time already! enough!

tall, tall transparent flowery glass

in retrospect, i learnt that being a human being - a "normal" one - would be to cookie cut yourself into others' persona which will in turn guarantee acceptance and embracement into their lives. and doing so, decreases your true nature and all originality previously gained via DNA or parental upbringing.

society has a way of making one a carbon copy of each other in relative of a situation. walk down the streets and you rarely see people making a hootnanny of themselves. that's because society forbids them self into doing what they want, really. but if one were to be a jester, again in accordance to a given situation, one will gain ostracization. a definite no-no in all metropolitan life.

but normality has gain such kingship that being normal is in actuality an illusion. one has to think beyond oneself to fully act as one's self; being selfish is not one good example. it restricts other's interest and therefore giving you cold shoulders and receiving first place at the bottom of the food chain.

but that's where the sub-conscience comes into play. but that's another story, for another time.

on a final note: yet another abstract entry. i've gotta go out more often than not.

but don't worry, i'm just being a pseudo philosopher. dont' try to understand it(the entry).

we're gonna be sinking soon

everybody hold your breath.

raya. how i wish to skip the whole messy, tiring, frustrating ordeal. people you know or hardly know would suddenly be at your house and you'll have to serve them regardless.

and i hate serving. and entertaining.

but give me money and i might change my perspective.

and just for the sake of it, running errands, no matter how small they are, is an annoyance and a hindrance to my already leisured lifestyle. i'm so in need a a hectic schedule.

but not now.

on a final note: on a final note.

echoes, silence, patience & grace

I had high hopes for Foo Fighter's latest album (title). Wasn't really much of a fan for the first track but I gradually learned to liked it. I originally thought it felt like the album One by One which, in my opinion, felt rushed and incomplete.

So I yield into my temptations and listened to their thirty second intro in youtube and i gotta say, the album really sounded good. The impression I got fron The Ballad of the Beaconsfield Miners is that it sounded a lot like what Norah Jones might write. Matter of fact, most of the acoustics in that album sounds country, I think.

I was hoping for it to be almost like Colors & Shapes or TiNLTL (had to keep it short, it's a really long album title) but what the hay, a band's gotta change it sound, gotta evolve.

on a final note: at last! an entry that's comprehensible! thank bob.

20070915

the one with the art deco

how do you capture the essence of art deco?

i really need to implement the style into my fyp.

Bioshock's a great reference.

argh still can't figure how to.

anyone to help me with it?

on a final note: laptop coolerrr i need you la.

20070911

gone fishing

you know what? fuck deterrence.

bloody conscription's a bloody waste.

i think the word civilization is synonym for war.

if only the world had a central governing body and not these segregated ideologies and stupid money hungry capitalists.

switch back to communism, we have ourselves lazy bastards.

ah, the human nature.

still waiting for that divine intervention, god.

you there?

on a final note: no need to bridge the gap between the rich and the poor. what we need is a global economic restructuring.

to which the economists will ridicule me for saying this.
